Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Purpose of This Policy
Random Chat is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for all its users, particularly minors. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), and we adhere to the latest Google Play Child Safety Standards . This policy outlines our commitment to prevent, address, and report any content or behavior that endangers minors on our platform.
What Is Strictly Prohibited
The following list covers actions and content that are categorically disallowed on Random Chat:
- Any sexual depiction of minors, including images, videos, or simulated content
- Initiating or encouraging inappropriate contact or “grooming” of minors
- Threats, coercion, or any exploitation that targets a child’s vulnerabilities
- Sharing, trading, or advertising materials that involve child sexual abuse
We reserve the right to implement immediate measures—such as account suspension, content removal, and possible legal notification—whenever we encounter or receive reports of such violations.
CSAM Handling and Investigation
In the event that any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is discovered or reported, we will:
- Immediately remove the offending content or disable access to it
- Temporarily or permanently ban the responsible account
- Work with relevant legal authorities when necessary
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding child protection
Designated Safety Coordinator
For any matters relating to child safety, Random Chat has appointed a liaison to handle communications between our platform, law enforcement, and Google Play’s team if required.
